Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products are eligible for exchange if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy

Discount Deal does not offer cash refunds.

We provide replacement only for eligible products that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

If your replacement request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged by improper use
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will provide instructions for the return process.

For returns that do not qualify under this policy, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your replacement request.

Approved replacements are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
